Conventional mill operator — Titus County

Join our team: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Titus County, Texas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience On a typical shift you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm.
