Rebar worker wanted in Saint Joseph County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Saint Joseph County, Michigan. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Day to day you will lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
