Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Katsina, Katsina State. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
