On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around £2,050 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
