PVC window assembler — Adair County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Adair County, Iowa. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. What we are looking for: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges On a typical shift you will rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
