Great opportunity: we are hiring a pressman in Uinta County, Wyoming. The job is in a garment export house. You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment The role involves: • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing Full-time, day shift.
