Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
