Coating plant operator — Estill County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Estill County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off.
