We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Blount County, Tennessee. The job is at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Your main tasks: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Clear and reset tables between covers • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Meals and transport allowance provided.
