Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Etsako Central, Edo. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. We offer ₦80,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
