Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Rotating shifts.
