Cold store insulation technician wanted in Mid Ulster

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Mid Ulster, Northern Ireland. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. The role involves: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Overtime paid at a premium rate.
