Immediate opening: we are hiring a production assembler in Monterey County, California. The job is on a production line. Day to day you will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. You should have: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
