Immediate opening: pastry baker (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in York County, Nebraska. You will be based in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
