Hoist operator wanted in Bucks County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hoist operator in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Day-to-day duties: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Overtime paid at a premium rate.
