Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Borough of Thurrock, England. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
