Horizontal milling machine operator — Webster County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Webster County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
