Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
