Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Cook County, Illinois. You will work at a busy machine shop. You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges On the job you will handle: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed Part-time with flexible hours. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
