Immediate opening: garment presser (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment presser in Woodford County, Kentucky. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine You will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts.
