Urgent requirement: dough maker (Oklahoma)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Wagoner County, Oklahoma. You will work in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
