Die-casting operator — Auyo

Join our team: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Auyo, Jigawa State. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together.
