Backhoe operator — Orange County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Orange County, California. Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Day-to-day duties: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
