We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Lewis County, Kentucky. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
