Painter and decorator — Raleigh County

Now hiring: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The job is on a residential building site. Your main tasks: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls You should have: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
