Surface coating operator — Camden County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Camden County, New Jersey. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
