GTAW welder — Etinan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Etinan, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On a typical shift you will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
