PVC window assembler — Stark County

Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Stark County, Illinois. The job is on a window-and-door production line. Day-to-day duties: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Full-time, day shift.
