Now hiring: we are hiring a tile mason in Bosso, Niger State. On a typical shift you will mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level. Requirements: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
