Join our team: we are hiring a decorator in Fayette County, Alabama. The role involves: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
