Press operator — Coos County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press operator in Coos County, Oregon. On the job you will handle: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
