Commis chef wanted in Damban

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Damban, Bauchi State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards We offer ₦105,000 per month plus benefits.
