Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in McDowell County, West Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
