Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns 1+ years on the tools preferred.
