Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator technician in Jones County, Iowa. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate The role involves: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork Six days a week, one day off.
