Quality control inspector wanted in Will County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Will County, Illinois. Day to day you will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. You should have: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
