Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Van Wert County, Ohio. You will be based on an industrial coating line. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
