Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray painter in Piatt County, Illinois. You should have: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator Day to day you will strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
