Meat cutter — Wolverhampton

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Wolverhampton, England. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
