Urgent requirement: we are hiring a laundry presser in Rhea County, Tennessee. The job is in a busy laundry. The role involves use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
