Shuttering carpenter — Glenn County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Glenn County, California. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Day to day you will apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
