Restaurant steward — Calvert County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Calvert County, Maryland. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
