Dough maker — Ini

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Ini, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate ₦185,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
