Powder coater — Clark County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Clark County, Kansas. The job is at a powder coating unit. You will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms We offer $26 per hour plus benefits.
