You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
