Halal butcher — Takum

Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Takum, Taraba State. The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
