Road roller operator — Union County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a road roller operator in Union County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Full-time, day shift. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
