Vacancy available: we are hiring a CO2 welder in DeWitt County, Texas. You will work at a busy production line. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • ITI in welder trade or equivalent On the job you will handle: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
