Punch press operator — Morris County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a punch press operator in Morris County, Texas. You will be based at an auto components factory. On the job you will handle: • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
