Fry cook — Jackson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Jackson County, Ohio. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Full-time, day shift.
